2. Eligibility

3. Accounts & Authentication

NextNow does not organize, operate, supervise, or guarantee events or venues listed on the platform.
We do not guarantee:

- reservation confirmation
- attendance levels
- activity levels
- wait times
- opening hours
- service quality
- venue legitimacy
- venue safety
- legality of activities
Reservations, requests, bookings, signals of interest, or attendance indicators submitted through the platform do not guarantee access, availability, or acceptance.
Attendance at venues, events, meetups, or activities is entirely at your own risk.
7. Pulse, Activity & Presence Indicators
Pulse indicators, activity levels, crowd signals, popularity indicators, live status, and related features are informational estimates only.
These indicators may be generated using:
- geolocation signals
- user interactions
- engagement patterns
- activity simulations
- platform behavior
- other internal signals
They do not guarantee:
- actual attendance
- crowd size
- event quality
- venue capacity
- safety
- wait times
- legitimacy

8. Geolocation & Device Data
